No Sound from streaming tv program

No sound from two of the many recorded tv programs when viewing online.  Where can I find the setting to correct this?

He didn't say anything about a mobile device.


I have no sound when using the XfinityStream site from Internet Explorer. Its not a browser problem because Youtube has sound. Please fix this immedaitely.

OK I figured out what is wrong. Basically tv.xifinity doesnt recognize which audio output I have specified and only has sound with my headphones. This is a big problem. I dont want to use headphones to watch TV.

I unplugged my headset from my PC and now it works. this is frustrating though. Its obviously bad website design that is messing this up. Hire new developers plz.

II'm having the same problem 

I am using a Dell notebook.

I can hear the commercials, but no sound otherwise, even with headphones.

Help please.

what OS and what browser? did you try a different browser?

Don't bother, this is a known problem they are working on.

It has been 10 days, Hacksaw Ridge has no sound.

 

Windows 10 / 64-bit

Firefox Browser (Up-to-Date)

 

There is nothing wrong on my end.

adding... 

wonder if the commercials are in mpeg2 while the 'asset' is in mpeg4 and there is something going on deeper in the adobe flash.
