No Recordings or Scheduled Category on iPhone, but Present on iPad

No Recordings or Scheduled Category on iPhone, but Present on iPad

Hello,

 

We recently moved and a Comcast tech transferred the service. We lost recordings and the schedules, which is a separate issue. However, I can't access new recordings and schedules from my iPhone with the latest Stream TV app (4.1.0.780). Those categories don't even appear on the left. On my iPad, which has an older version (4.0.2.764), I can see recordings and schedules.

 

I've already logged out, and force-quit the app on the iPhone. Any other ideas?
