Netfils slow to load

Netfils slow to load

Anyone know how to fix this......Netflix goes throught the Loading process like every 30 secs with my Smart Visio. But I  can view any program on Netflix using my PC.

All fixed.....Comcast supported me with establishing a betterWiFi connection.   Thanks all.

Is the Visio connected wirelessly?  Is the desktop connected via ethernet?
