Missing "Record" option on individual programs

Missing "Record" option on individual programs

When I select any program I no longer have an option to record. It simply says "watch channel" and "info" (no "record")

I am still able to record a *series* recording, just not individual shows.

This is happening on both my iPhone and Android Tablet. It appears to only have gone missing within the past week or two.

Please Help! This essentially makes the Cloud DVR worthless!

Hi Mike

 

When individual shows don't have record buttons, it means that the channels they're on aren't "cloud recordable," and that is indeed what I'm seeing for your account: very few channels are cloud recordable. The X1 DVR on your account still says it's Pending Activation; not sure if it will help to activate it properly, but I would try that first. If that doesn't work, you may need to call customer support for assistance.

The X1 DVR on your account still says it's Pending Activation; not sure if it will help to activate it properly, but I would try that first. If that doesn't work, you may need to call customer support for assistance.
