License Issue::3338

During Hurricane Irma, with no power, internet, or wifi, the only way to watch TV was through the Xfinity Stream TV app on my iPhone. Power was eventually restored but still didn't have any Xfinity services (cable, internet, wifi). I tried to watch tv with the phone hooked up to the tv through a lightening Digital AV Adapter (using HDMI). I kept getting an error message involving "License Issue::3338".  Now that everything is restored, I tried it again and still get the same error message.  I can watch other streaming apps (Amazon Prime, Netflix) so why not Xfinity? Frankly, if Xfinity is blocking using this method of viewing, they're shooting themselves in the foot by making their services less desirable and dependable.

Thank you for the links. I hoped I was missing something in what I was trying to do, but nooooooooo... it's apparently an unfortunate Comcast shortcoming.
