Ipad downloads

I have shows that say they are downloaded on my ipad but aren't appearing in my downloads and therefore can not watch

Go to the Manage Authorized Devices website and sign in with your PRIMARY Comcast user account. Go to the "X1 DVR Downloads" tab, and remove the iPad where you say the downloads are showing. That should force any downloads to be returned.

 

If that doesn't work, you might have to uninstall the app in the iPad to force a download return, even though they aren't showing on the iPad.

maximum time that the download can exist or stay on your device is 30 days after which it will auto check-in and will be available again on the X1 devices.
