I am not receiving recorded shows on streaming app since hurricane Irma.

I am not receiving recorded shows on streaming app since hurricane Irma.

I am not receiving recorded shows on streaming TV app since hurricane Irma. I can see they are recorded on remote app. Thank you

are you looking at the Xfinity Stream TV app or the web site stream to determine there are no cloud DVR recordings? The Xfinity TV Remote app will only show what is on the actual DVR(s) in the home.

I am looking at the tv streaming app.  Worked great before irma.

i also cannot view live tv

live "linear' (numbered channels) are available on devices while on your home internet connection. TVGO channels are available when outside of your home. Using the Xfinity My Account app on the TV tab, do you show equipment there? if so, is a picture of your type of DVR listed?

The DVR shows on my website., still thinks I am away.  I can only get live "to go shows" and none of the DVR recorded shows on my Ipad

I apologize but without an answer to the question on if your DVR shows up on your equipment list it is difficult to move forward with helping.
