Apps are not installable by the customer.  They are installed by Comcast.

Re: How to set up a APP on Xfinity??

Hi Ernie

If you're an XFINITY subscriber and FS2 and NBCSN are part of your subscription, you should be able to see these channels in XFINITY Stream (they should both be available as TV Go channels). You can also, of course, download the NBC Sports app and FOX Sports Go app to your mobile device; both should offer you an opportunity to sign in with your XFINITY credentials. (I just tried FOX Sports Go on my Nexus 7, and the TV Provider sign in option is available after tapping Settings in the left navigation.) It's been a while since I installed the NBC Sports app on my iPad mini, but there was a similar sign in option there as well.

Hope that helps.
