Starting today the recorded shows are freezing during playback on all my devices. I cannot even download a show. It starts to download and then starts over. My husband is having the same problem on his devices.

I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like you have corrupted Cloud DVR recordings. If that's the case, no amount of retrying or signing/back in will solve it since the source file is bad. You can see if the same show is available for download via On Demand (filter for "Available for download".
Do you happen to live in the Detroit or Twin Cities areas? They were having a similar issue which was reportedly fixed (or at least mitigated).
