I tried logging into my account on tv.xfinity.com. Once it states adding device I get an erroro message (Error xacsa.provision.11700: Error)

Call 888-824-8988, Advanced Tech Support and tell them Error 11700, they should be able to fix it. error is because too many registered devices.
