Error message streaming from app and laptop

Please help. I got this error message...

 

Access not Authorized You signed in successfully, but you must be an XFINITY user to enjoy this service.

If you have a subscription to Xfinity Tv, call into Comcast and have the CSR enter your modem's data into the Comcast Inventory DB for your account.
