Error code 12012

Error code 12012

All of a sudden I either get error code 12012 that I need to subscribe or that it can only be viewed at home. I am also missing channels on TV to go

Hello

There was an outage last night that affected all TV Go live channels. It was resolved just before midnight eastern time. Everything should be working again now. Please let us know if it isn't.

So am I. It was working fine till today. Now no live tv, On demand still works. Hope they fix it as I'm going away for the w/e and want to bring my "tv" with me.

does the channel work on the X1 set top box at home? does the device work when on the home wifi?

I have been able to watch TV on my laptop and mobile until this evening. Called support and was told to wait 3 days, even after refreshing my Unified Database. This is very frustrating and expensive to deal with this all the time!

Error 3329.12012 - Streaming TV Online Issue

The error is not fixed. I have been getting this message all day.

Hi Matthew

 

You are receiving a 12012 error because you are not entitled to any Live TV channels (your account does not have any video service and shows as inactive). If you think this status is incorrect, please call 1-800-XFINITY to resolve.

I’ve been dealing with similar issues. Been dealing with this for over 2 weeks. I am in my bedroom, in my bed, on my own home WiFi each time when I’m told to connect to my home WiFi. I’m beyond livid with this.

I have the same issue on iOS device the stream app keeps giving me the error code 12012 we have logged out logged in deleted app reinstalled checked all settings ect. The app will not show me my dvr downloads and every time I try to watch any channel on tv go it tells me I need a subscription and I am an active Comcast customer I contacted support And they say to wait 24-36 hours for a response.

@Skhabers - One of my colleagues troubleshoot your issue and replied in a different thread. Please let us know if you still have issues with the XFINITY Stream app. 

 

@Jeannied - Are you still experiencing the issue with DVR recordings and subscription errors?
