Error 7005 trying to play downloaded movie

I downloaded jarhead so I could watch it offline and got halfway through it. Now today I came back to resume watching and it's giving me in handled error 7005, error 7 in smaller font below. What gives?

I have the same issue.  some recordings download fine and others throw the error.
