Earlier episodes don't show on the Stream TV app

Earlier episodes don't show on the Stream TV app

On my DVR the recorded shows are at 62% full but on the Stream TV app the number was 99%. As a result some of the earlier episodes of shows I've recorded are not available on the app although they are showing on the TV DVR. I deleted some shows and got the number to near 90% but I can't figure out how to get the earlier episodes to load onto my device.

 

I'd appreciate any help.

They're not going to "re-load". The cloud only holds the last 60 hours recorded.
