Dvr manager

My TV APP does not show recordings and scheduling. I call 5 times and chat with 2 agents they told me 7 different answers. I read that I need to add "proper rates" to my account to get my dvr on my tv app. No agent knew about that. My tv app does show everything else (recent channels, purchases and dowloads) but dvr manager. Who knows how to add "proper rates" please?

Do you subscribe to the X1 entertainment system or the legacy DVR system? When you go to the https://tv.xfinity.com/ site while at home (using a desk/laptop)  and login do you see a menu that includes "Live TV" and when selected do you see "All Channels"?

Yes I'm subscribed to x1 and yes I can see Live TV and All listing channels

would you log out of that web site and then log back in and see if the userid/pass gives you full access as you you just verified? If so log out of the Xfinity TV app and log back in with the same userid/pass. Does that fix the problem?

Already solved! Thank you anyway maybe was like you suggested. What I did was uninstall tv app then I reinstalled it. It ask me for some permissions and... voila
