DVR recordings not syncing with Stream TV app

DVR recordings not syncing with Stream TV app

My DVR recordings do not completely sync across all folders on my Xfinity Stream TV App. Some TV show folders sync just fine and others do not. Example -

 

Designated Survivor, home DVR has episodes 1-7, app only has episodes 4-7. There are a few other shows that do this as well. Other show's folders are always perfectly matched between the home DVR and the Stream TV app. Seems to be no rhyme or reason to which shows sync and which do not.

 

i have tried logging in and out of the app and even uninstalling/reinstalling the app to no avail.

 

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

the cloud DVR holds much less than your actual home DVR (60 hours total in cloud). As space is needed the old ones drop off making room for newer recordings. The home DVR may still have room and keeps the copies you named above.
