DVR box in home shows 30% full, Xfinity.com DVR Manager and Xfinity TV app shows 12%...

Recordings from my Cloud DVR are not showing on the Xfinity.com DVR manager or the Xfinity TV app.    Xfinity.com used to show all the DVRs so I could at least see what was missing and search On Demand for them but now it matches the app.  Since so many shows are now 'in home network only' I need them to be available from my DVR to watch them out of my home.  This just started maybe 2 weeks ago.
