DVR Recordinhs not showing up on xfinity app

are you logged in with a primary account or a secondary account on the stream app? In the home or not in the home? does on-demand function normally?

When you open the Xfinity Steam app do you get a menu? when you select the 'stack' symbol do you have choice 'on demand'?

would you pick a TV show or movie from on demand and make sure it plays on the device? Originally you stated 'nothing popped up' whereas you now state the on-demand is there and popping up.

I don't see the quote button on my phone. And I see the on demand but I don't see my recordings from home on the app usually I see it under saved but it's not there anymore 😥😥😥

I've reported to Comcast previously that the quote is not available on the Xfinity Connect app, not sure why they don't have it. Did the on-demand play? this checks to be sure the app is connected to an authenticated and authorized userid that has 'entitlements' to see resources.

I looked up the account associated with the username with which you signed into the forums.  That account shows Cloud DVR on it.  I've refreshed your account and removed your existing mobile devices.  Please sign back into the app and report back if your issue is resolved.

call 877-896-8678 and ask the representative to confirm that you have the cloud DVR code on your account (activated). If it is, log out of the Stream app on the settings screen, delete and reinstall the app. Log back in on your home network first and see if you have recordings. IF they add the rate code during your phone call then you log in, be sure to accept the terms and conditions, record 'hot' a short or in progress show so that you can have a finished recording to watch (if out of home) or to watch the recording while in progress (if at home on your home wifi).
