For the past week or so my Xfinity TV app has not been working properly when it comes to watching my recordings. It doesn’t matter if it is a new or old recording, the videos runtime becomes shorter and the stream becomes choppy and cuts stuff out. Streaming a regular live channel works fine, but the Recordings are giving me trouble. But the recodings on my home DVR work completely fine. I have tried streaming on multiple devices including iPhone 6 Plus and iPad mini. I have also tried deleting the app and redownloading and that did not work either.
is that while viewing on your home internet network or via your cell-data plan? (or both)
I have tried both with no success
by that you mean the two sources (wifi and cell data) give the same chippy video?
Correct, both have choppy video. An example would be a recording that is 60 minutes would only be about 30-40 minutes because it would randomly jump skip over portions of the recording.
