This has nothing to do with your device type and everything to do with your account. Our apps are built to adapt to the features on your account, only showing the menus and features that are relevant to you. The account associated with your forum login does not have Cloud DVR on it (or even standard video service, which means you'll have access to a very limited set of TV Go channels, if any).
