Channels missing from Xfinity X1 App

All local channels, ESPN, as well as others have disappeared from the app. It's taken away the convenience of DVRing something and being able to watch it on a tablet.

Your subject says Xfinity X1 app, did you mean the Xfinity TV app or the Xfinity TV Remote app? Do you subscribe to the Xfinity Entertainment system?

Please use the XFINITY TV Remote app to schedule and manage your DVR. The XFINITY TV app is primarily for consuming content. 

 

Do you only have video service from Comast and Internet from another provider? If that is the case, you will only see the "TV Go" versions of channels in the app which are available to watch anywhere but can't be recorded from the TV app, only from the TV Remote app.

The TV app. We have X1. We have the big box, voice activated remote, etc.

Yes. We have a bundle with TV, voice, and internet.

Sorry you're having trouble. I did a "refresh" on your account. I'm currently overseas for the holiday but hopefully this will do the trick.I see that you you have Cloud DVR but it is showing 100% available space which is unusual since you have usage on your physical DVR. Wait about an hour and check if things are back in working order. If not, give us a call and Tier 2 agents should be able to better diagnose the issue.

Okay. Yeah I usually will DVR a show and watch it on my iPad after sometimes. For about the last week, I haven't been able to so hopefully this refresh works.
