Please advise. I have noticed the past few times whenever I record something from CBS-Channel 809 and try to play it back on my Samsung tablet it loads as it were beginning to play and then nothing but a blank screen. All other channels that I record have no issue just this one. I am using the Stream TV app as well. Please advise. Very frustrating. Note it will play at home but only happens when using my tablet and this particular channel. Thank you.

Hi @meg619. I can assist with your DVR playback issue. Can you tell me how old the CBS recordings are? Can you test recording something very recent and see if still does not playback on your tablet?
Thanks Joe. I will have to try it again when I am back in the office. The programs although were repeats were recorded this past Tuesday. I will definitley give it a shot and see what happens although I feel you should be able to watch anything that you have recorded on your DVR from a remote location. I will keep you posted. Thanks again.
The Cloud DVR will hold the last 60 hours of recordings, so if you record a lot of programs, this could be the issue.

Well I tried to playback a recording that I recorded last night on my tablet and got the same issue. It attempts to play and then nothing but a blank screen. The program was NCIS which like I said was recorded last night. It was a repeat but I do not have any issues with any other programs even if they are repeats on any other channel. Just this particular one. Very frustrating.

Hey Joe. Just wanted to give you an update on this situation. Not sure if something got corrected but I was able to play back each recording tonight from that channel and they all worked just fine. So hopefully something got corrected on your end. Regardless it is currently working. Thanks for your great assistance with this. Much appreciated.
