Can't record or check dir

I used to be able to set recordings for my dvr, view & delete recorded items on my dvr, and verify upcoming set recordings all from my app. For the past several months, that has stopped working. Now, when I go to set a show to record, it acts like it is set but then the red dot doesn't appear next to the show - when I go into the dvr at home, sometimes it has been set and sometimes it hasn't - it's not consistent. When I go to view items recorded on my dvr while in the app, it's not always updated - and I often can't delete recorded shows within the app from the dvr. Finally, when I go to verify upcoming set recordings from the app, it's totally inaccurate - showing maybe half of what is actually set to record. This has been going on at least since February. Very frustrating. It used to be one of my MUST HAVE apps, and now it's fairly useless. What's going on?

 Hi Wendolyn! So sorry to hear you're having trouble—this is definitely not working right. Can you give me your comcast username—just the username, not the password—so I can see if I can figure out why your recording requests are disappearing into the ether? (You can message me directly if you like.)
