App isn’t showing full show

Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve been told twice to download the app again. Not working. Full recording is on my DVR, but only 10-12 minutes are showing on the app. I’m beyond frustrated! I tried to chat tonight, it wouldn’t load. I’m at the end of my rope! Hoping someone has had a similar issue and knows an easy fix. Thanks!
