Alternate way to delete downloaded content?

I downloaded a show on my phone, watched half, and then got my phone wet and it broke. I haven't replaced my phone yet, so I'm wondering if there is another way to "return" the program to my DVR in the meantime? I can't even watch it on On Demand until I return the show.  My second question is - when I do get a new phone, put my chip in and re-install the app, will I be able to return the content from a new phone?

Hi Jenny

 

Sorry to hear about your phone. :-( I can remove the mobile devices from your account, which should return the download and allow you to start fresh. It looks like you might have one or two other mobile devices on the account (tho none have downloads); users of these devices would need to sign back in after the deprovision. Is that OK?

I was able to check in just that recording without deprovisioning any other devices. Robert's instructions for managing devices should do the trick going forward!
