both phone lines lit up on modem

Both of my phone lights are lit on my modem - only using 1 phone line.  Never did this before.  Tried unplugging modem and also reset but still the same.  Any ideas why this is happening all of a sudden?  Have a duel band wifi 802.11ac modem.

Solid Light means phone is on-hook.....is your Voice Service working on Line1 ?  If not, try factory resetting the device by holding in the indented reset button for 30 seconds.

There may have been a recent FW push that has changed the dynamics of the modem....  you can call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and ask if that is the case.
