Voicemail Problem

Voicemail Problem

Here's my issue:

My system keeps saying there is a voicemail on the Comcast system but there is not. I tried refreshing the indicator though XFINITY connect but it refuses to refresh it. If someone from Comcast could forcibly refresh the new message indicator and remove some corruption on the system for voicemail that would be great. Even the dial tone indicates there is a voicemail but as I said there is not.

Try this:  Call your home phone from a different phone and leave yourself a VM.  From your home phone, retrieve the VM and delete it.  Does the MWI and stutter tone then go off after doing this?

Nope. I even tried plugging in a different phone system than the one I currently use to see if that is the problem and the other phone system said there is new voicemail on the Comcast system.

Took about five tries at doing what you said but after the fifth time it worked. Thank you very much.
