Downgrading Service

Downgrading Service

Hello,

 

I would like to downgrade my Triple Play service to Internet only. I cannot find that option to perform online. Can you tell me if this possible and how to go about doing it?

All Downgrades or Cancellations must be done in either of the following ways:

 

1.  Visit your local Service Center in person.  Locations can be found using this link:  http://customer.xfinity.com/service-center-locations

 

2.  Call into Comcast at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and select BILLING and speak with a Customer Service Rep.
