BOT REMOVAL

I received a Comcast bot warning and elected to try the "self-help" option for eliminating it. I downloaded and installed the Norton package. Is that all there is to it? Am I supposed to be bot-free now? And how do I tell?

Re: BOT REMOVAL

Since you have Norton installed now, do a full scan of your computer.

Also, if you had a prior AntiVirus program installed, make sure it has been removed.
