Currently MyQ only allows notification of garage door motion (up/down/staying open).   There was discussion on another thread that additional rules (MyQ turning on a Lutron Caseta-controlled light) would arrive before the end of 2016.  It's now March 2017, I was wondering if we can get some sort of update.

At this point, my only remaining option seems to be to remove the Lutron Hub and replace it with the Wink 2 (which can talk to both Lutron and Chamberlin MyQ).

Disappointing that "Works with XFINITY" means so few features.

I am hoping for the release of additional rules soon too.

There is another option though at least for the Garage Door situation...

I installed two door/window sensors on my Garage Doors. That then allowed me to set up more robust rules around those sensors, not just the MyQ Garage door system.

I don't have Lutron lights, but I do believe you can set Rules for door/window sensors to turn on/turn off Lutron lighhts.
