What sort of changes are you referring to?

Log in to the Subscriber Portal to make the changes on your account.  Under the Rules you can edit/delete or turn the rule On or Off.

Re: Home security alerts

What Portal?  Please be specific.  I can't find any headings or tabs anywhere that lead me to these settings.  Thanks

Re: Home security alerts

Okay, I dug deep enough to find the entry to the Portal.  When I key in my Comcast password I get "Warning: Page has Expired.  Please go back to the page you came from and try again. Error PXE98EGP".

Now what?

Re: Home security alerts

I am having this same problem - I HATE getting emails everytime the system is armed/disarmed. It shows up in my "rules" but there is no option to turn off that rule like there is with the other rules; only the option to "edit automation contacts". Is there really no way to turn this off??? It's driving me crazy - my inbox is just full of system arm/disarm emails!

Also, is there a way to stop the doors from chiming every time they are closed? I like that it chimes when they open, but open AND close seems like serious overkill - also driving me nuts!

Re: Home security alerts

Apologies for these unwanted emails.  We are working on a fix that will allow you to disable these notification rules from the mobile app.  It will be available mid to late Dec.

To configure the door chimes, go to Settings/Touchscreen/Sound Configuration/Hometone Configuration

Here you can set a tone for open, close or none for each sensor.
