I have a business phone with two lines. When XXXXXXXXXXXXX is busy, the call is supposed to go to XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. It doesn't. The caller has to hang up and call the second number. Since most of our customers don't even know we have another number, that doesn't work at all. I need this fixed ASAP
