xfinity connect voicemails not working

I added Xfinity voice over a month ago and the following has never worked:

 

1. Voice Mails via xfinity connect from computer are not there to read or hear.

2. Voice mails via xfinity connect IOS are not there to read or hear.

3. When the TV is no caller ID is displayed.

 

I've logged over 20 calls and opened 3 cases and no response from Comast to fix the issue.

 

I need to escalate to a level of support that has the knowledge to at least call back attemp to fix the issue.

try to email we_can_help@cable.comcast.com

 

I understand they're the highest tier of support.  I have used them before and they did solve my issue.

I will try this e-mail address.  Can't get VM to work.  Calls to 1-800-COMCAST resulted in two hangups!  Then 45 minutes on live chat with final assurance "...you're good to go."  Seems like getting a severedf coax cable between our home and the Comcast backyard terminal would be a snap compared to this.  Can't afford to miss doctor calls, etc.  Thanks for this suggesstion!

I have had no problems since using this email and after talking to a representative and telling him my problems he fixed it within minutes!  The customer service using the 800-Comcast number is a joke!
