xfinity call forwarding

xfinity call forwarding

When I try to add phone numbers to call forwarding, I get a temporarily unavailable message. I have tried several of the solutions on this forum, but have not as yet succeeded in getting past the error. I tried three different browsers with no luck.

 

I am trying to set up nomorobo. Do I need to call tech support to have them do something to my phone?
