I recently moved my TV. Not sure if i got the right wires connected. Everthing seems to work, but not the Caller ID. It doesn't show up on my TV. Any ideas? It cost too much to have some one fix it.  Thank you, Anna

The geniuses. In the Denver support staff uncovered that the reason I wasn't getting called ID was because the geniuses in the account set up offices hadn't coded our account for caller ID. I am finding out that the techs, (we've had 6 of them here in 10 days) don't know more than one function, and that none of them can troubleshoot issues. So sorry we switched. Call and have them check to see if they have coded your account for caller ID. If not,they can program remotely.
