we cannot get through our line

we cannot get through our line

Our landline has a dial tone but we cannot call in. A computer messages "the number you dialed is not available at this time". Please let me resolve this issue.

We are having the same problem! We are all test calling the land line from our cell phone and an outside landline, we are getting a recording that "the telephone number is not available to receive calls at this time", something is def wrong. When I call customer service, they are all telling me that they are able to get through! Please help!!!!
