Some - not all, but a select few - go directly to voicemail. I do not have the option of speaking with the caller. When I answer, the line has no sound. When I hang up, there is a voicemail. This is quite irritating, since I have been awaiting a business call, today, for over two (2) hours. It went directly to voicemail. I was not able to speak with the caller and must wait until tomorrow. That

s not a very good way to do business! Also, my mother has been in Intensive care for ten (10) days. If the hospital calls, I need to be able to speak to them and not just get a voicemail. Comcast does NOT seem to be terribly consistent/reliable.
