voicemail not working

voicemail not working

I had voice set up for a whole year and it worked fine.  I recently signed for another year and now my voicemail does not work. It won't let me set it up, either. From the looks of these mailing, I may not get the support that I need and may never have voicemail while with Comcast.  Is this true?

Signing up for another year has nothing to do with voicemail not working. You should call 1-800 comcast and ask them to take a look at it.

 Voice mail not working, and prefrences will not come up.
