voicemail indicator NOT working

voicemail indicator NOT working

I recently set my voicemail to send me a transcription email while I was away for a couple of weeks but want it to go back to normal now (indicator light and stutter). I used the web site to turn OFF the transcription and removed the email address. Still no indicator light is coming on and there is no "stutter" when I pick up the phone. I tested by calling it from my cell. When I log into the Comcast site, I see an empty voiemail message from my cell number (and no transcript since I turned that off). 

 

HOW DO I GET a voicemail indicator (light and stutter) back on my Comcast voice phone??? It is scary to think there could be messages with no notification.

Hi techlady1. I can help with your voicemail indicator issue. Are you still not getting the Message Waiting Indicator stutter tone?

I have the same problem.  explained this problem and the connect app not working thursday ( 2 cr tickets issued )  message left to call if problems not fixed. Called  friday and and i had  to explain the problems again today from the beginning....dear God, comcast support is horrible. I cant deal with them anymore today.
