The date & time keep going backward's for a couple of month's.

I'm having the same problem... screen Date & time on voicemail, missed calls, answered calls, etc has no relation to actual call dates & times. Example:

missed calls -  indicates I got 2 missed calls yesterday (August 9), screen says "yesterday wednesday May 29 & Friday May 31


Received calls - received has one date, description has another date. sometimes the same date, sometimes not even close.

The voice mail keep's going backwards . Today is the th it will go back to May or June. The time is that way as well. I have called Comcast, never can talk to anyone only a recording, I don't know whats going on. It has een too long!!
