What is up with the false VM reports??  I continuously see the VM message on my phone but I have no messages.  After I hear that i "have no messages" the display disappears.  I have seen similar threads but it seems that Comcast has not been able to resolve this problem.


Anyone found a solution?

I am having the same problem.  Does anyone from Comcast monitor the forum and post comments, updates, and/or solutions?
