I have 2 voice messages listed on my message board... But i can't get voice mail to work. And also screening phone calls on t.v. screen don't show who is calling
my onscreen caller id ceased to work in april 2013. comcast's response was always to blame me or my equipment or to practice call avoidance by putting me on endless hold and then "accidentally" hanging up on me. in november of 2013, it started [magically] working again and now as of mid November, it works every time. AND i have the same equipment and settings that i had last april! nothing changed on my end but obviously something changed w/comcast. in general over the last year, voicemail has been down about as often as it has been working. pathetic service and shoddy practices. what are we [over] paying for, i ask you!
