voice & Text message

I DO NOT have voice mail and texting on my account,

however I keep getting flashing messages that I have

messages.   I have called and spoken with a Comcast

Representative to get this corrected, but the messages

keep coming.   With all the problems I've been having

with my email address book and this ongoing problem

with voice mail messages, I'm getting really annoyed

with Comcast.   Will someone, anyone in Customer

Service that has any experience PLEASE get these

situations corrected.  Thank you.
