For a while, I've been seeing intermittent problems; sometimes, a call is not forwarded to my email address, or often, my home phone does not indicate there is a message (flashing light). But sometimes both work.
Starting sometime in th last day or so, I can no longer see anything hen I click "GoTo XFinity Voice" in my readable voice-mail email.
The page just gives me a link to learn more about the service/features.
Has anything changed with the features offered? Or should I still me able to go into the "Voice" tab, and read/listen-to/delete messages?

It may be bad formatting of the Url within the email.... try accessing the VM directly using this link: https://vm.connect.comcast.net/

Unfortunately, that didn't work, I get the same "Learn More About XFINITY Voice Connect".
And I've had several readable voice-mail emails recently, and I have to delete them through the phone interface, because I cannot get to the website.

Can you clear cache, turn off any extensions and restart a fresh browser session and see if that works?
Have you tried a different browser?
Didn't work, cleared cache and disabled extensions in Chrome, same behavior. Incognito window in Firefox also shows sames behavior.
