"Unable to Save Preferences"

"Unable to Save Preferences"

After MUCH effort and MANY phone calls from me, Comcast finally fixed a "database issue" on my Xfinity voicemail that prevented me from accessing voicemails from any of the online sites.

I can now access and listen to them.

However, when I try to set up Notifications, Call Forwarding, etc. under preferences in the Call Manager, it will not let me save the changes.  When I click on "Save" a pop up window says "Unable to Save Preferences" followed by a long string of server side errors.

Any help?

Or do I need to wade back into the support morass at 1-800-Comcast?
