"This line is Suspended"

I cannot receive incoming calls. When I try to dial out a recording states "This line is suspended. Outgoing calls are not permitted." ??????????

If you have access to a cell phone or a neighbor's phone- Call 1-800 comcast.  If not, here is the link to Live Chat.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
