having a difficult time getting hold of someone at comcast to help us with our phone service not working. I was on my cell for half an hour and finally my cell ran out. I have to go to a friends house to call then back. but it's getting late and I'm thinking I'll have to wait until tomorrow.

comcast customer service stinks!!!!!!!!!!

I agree--I have contacted them via web site 6 times, now...I still have no dial tone, and have also used up WAY too much cell phone $ trying to get something resolved. The last two "chats" I had, the analysts ASSURED me that a tech was coming...I have missed two days of work waiting for them...nothing!My phone went out on 7/31 during a storm. Some of my neighbor's phones went out also, but they are not on Comcast. My internet and tv are fine...makes no sense to me, and the analysts on the "live chat" don't know any more than I do about it...useless waste of time.
I am still waiting for a tech. If he is a No-Show again today, I will go back to AT&T.

Zhou, it is now 4:45pm, my time, and I have not heard from the Tech., for the third day in a row. I have been reading other posts, while I wait, and it has not been an encouraging past-time...I am so disappointed...

no show technicians

It is now 5:40pm...no Tech. I called Comcast, and was on hold for 25 minutes, then told that "this particular technician is running 100% behind", and we were disconnected.
This service is a joke.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
