I switched out my modem last week - everything is working except for the phone and fax service. calls coming in go right to voice mail, calls to fax get no service error. all I get is a busy signal - and yes, it's a corded phone. I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone, the tech didn't show up yesterday or today...is there a fix for this before I blow a gasket? This is a nonprofit phone line for a dog rescue and we can't get calls.

I am experiencing the same issues tonight....this is a huge inconvenience, as i have many things to fax for work.  I have tried all trouble shooting suggestion with no success
