phone locked on forwarding

phone locked on forwarding

I just went to comcast phone service and the phone is locked in call forwarding to my cell phone.  I had done that before the transition with my previouse carrier and now it is locked in. I have tried *73 to cancel, and set it up with *72 and then canceled with *73.  It is locked in call forward.  Any call that comes in goes to my cell.  Calling out is fine.  Any suggestions?

Is it forwarding or are both ringing at the same time.   Check to see if you have Voice2Go turned on and have selective call forwarding to the cell phone turned on.

Thank you for the response.  The call forward simply went away after about two days.  I suspect it had something to do with the change over and the fact that it was in call forward to start with.
