Our business phone lines are down and I can't reach the comcast customer support. The calls from my cell phone to the customer support are going through the prompts but says at the end, we're sorry but we are unable to process your call. HELP.

Now, it's not just the phone but the entire service, internet and television is choppy. OOPS - It must be raining. Can you please provide the service I'm paying for? If I didn't pay you, you'd be the first to cut the service, wouldn't you? Monopolies.

Well the same is happening to me here in Peabody, Can't get through on chat and can't get through on my cell calling them. At least this way others like me now know it's not just a problem on my end. Seems like a Comcast issue.
I am having Problems with the Phone as well as reaching comcast from my cell as well. I am in Revere, Whats happeining? This is not the first time I have had this problem.
We did received reports of CDV interruptions. Our engineers looked into this & all services are operational at this time.
